Ordered flowers in sympathy for a family member on line. The order went thru 3 florists before landing with Brenda. The arrangement was beautifully done! Some flowers needed replacing, Brenda went to the home herself and replaced the flowers to the complete satisfaction of the family.

I dropped the ball ordering an arrangement for a funeral. I called Brenda figuring it couldn't hurt to ask. She went above and beyond, getting a plant to the funeral home last minute. Mind you the funeral was only 1.5 hours from the time of my call. I truly appreciate the level of service, kindness, and reliability. That kind of service is rare today. Highly recommend, Thank you again!

This flower shop was so great! I met Ms Brenda and she is an absolute delightful person. Very helpful, professional and friendly. I can't wait to pick up and see the floral arrangement she is creating for me! I definitely recommend this flower shop!

I received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. Unfortunately, they were left on my front porch when I was not home. By the time I got home they were wilted and half dead. I contacted Brenda the owner who immediately apologized for the confusion, created a new arrangement and had it delivered the next business day. It was beautiful. It is rare these days to find someone who has such incredible customer service. I will continue to use absolute design and recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful gift to give them a try.
